Nestlé Tollhouse Cookies

This tasty recipe provides a complete protein, no egg substitution required!

2 ¼ cups1 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp.1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.1/2 tsp.salt
1/2 cup¼ cup butter, softened
1/2 cup¼ cup peanut butter
3/4 cup3/8 cupsugar
3/4 cup3/8 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp.1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs1 egg
12 oz.
(2 cups)
6 oz.
(1 cup)
chocolate chips (or carob chips)
1 cup1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs.

Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips (and optional pecans).

Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

Yield: 100 - 2" cookies (full recipe)
